How do I store my cake?
Once you've picked up you cake, store it in the refrigerator. This ensures the frosting stays in place and keeps its structure. remove from the fridge about an hour before serving. Give it enough time to release some of the refrigerator coldness. You'll enjoy your cake more.

How do I store leftovers?
If you're in a very hot place without A/C, store it in an airtight container in the fridge, it can last days. If you're in a moderate controlled temperature, cake can be stored in a container on the counter at room temp for about 1 day. If you really want to save you cake for a while, you can freeze it if wrapped properly.
Can I change my pick up date last minute?
Ideally not. Components of a cake are not usually made the same day. The decorating and baking schedule is very limited. It may not seem like a big deal to change your cake plans last minute, but it can throw and entire day into disarray, and cause a lot of stress on our part.
Do you use artificial coloring?
