Pick up hours of the "Saturday Pre-Order Menu" are Saturday between 8am-12pm. We are not responsible for orders that are not picked up during these hours. We do not hold on to any orders that are not picked up on Saturdays.

NO-CANCELLATION POLICY

Lucía Patisserie has a No-Cancellation policy, meaning we do not offer refunds for cancelled or abandoned orders. We require one week in advance for any changes to your original order (fee may apply).
